Borderless AI is an Employer of Record and global payroll platform for onboarding, managing and paying international employees without establishing a foreign entity. It covers more than 170 countries and says it owns legal entities in each supported market rather than using third-party vendors. Its services include local employment contracts, payroll and tax filing, benefits administration, visas and immigration, and contractor workflows. Payroll is processed in more than 90 currencies, and the company advertises five-day global payroll processing.
The company advertises dedicated 24/7 support from its in-house team in Canada. HRGPT is a free self-serve HR knowledge base using real-time web search; enterprise users can also search company-specific HR data. Enterprise search connects policies, documents and employee data for results tailored to roles and regions. Integrations include ADP Workforce Now and Workday, while access roles include Admin, People Manager, Benefits Manager and Viewer. Borderless AI states that its platform has SOC 2 Type II compliance.
