Build Method is construction management software for contractors, builders, and remodelers, with tools for project coordination, financial work, and client communication. Project features include tasks, schedules, daily logs, document storage, team communication, inspections, and punch lists. Financial tools cover estimates, budgets, purchase orders, expenses, invoicing, and customer payments. Clients can use a portal to review selections, approve changes, pay invoices, and follow progress; subcontractors have a separate portal for bid requests, purchase orders, schedules, documents, and project updates. The product runs on Android, iOS, and the web. QuickBooks, Xero, and Google Calendar are listed integrations on all plans. All plans include all features, with user tiers from one to ten and an Enterprise option for unlimited users. Pricing starts at $99 a month, billed $1,188.00 USD Annually, and a 14-day trial is available.
