Breeze
Breeze is an open-source remote monitoring and management platform with an AI operator for investigating, fixing and documenting fleet issues. Its configurable four-tier risk engine can allow routine actions automatically, hold sensitive ones for approval and block others. The platform includes device management, remote access, patching, scripts, monitoring, automation, tickets, quotes, billing and invoicing. The agent is a single Go binary for Linux, macOS and Windows. Its MCP server connects fleet tools to clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf and ChatGPT. Integration categories include communications, PSA or ticketing, and monitoring; documentation names Slack and Teams. Security controls listed include MFA, role-based and scoped access, hashed API keys and tokens, and AES-256-GCM encryption for secrets at rest. Breeze says its SOC 2 examination is in progress and does not call the product SOC 2 compliant before a report is issued. The self-hosted Community plan is free with unlimited devices. ManageEngine MSP Central brings help desk, professional services automation, endpoint management and security, network monitoring, and server hardening together for managed service providers. Its service desk includes a branded self-service portal, real-time updates, live chat, and native iPhone support. Endpoint tools cover patching, remote control, lifecycle management, and mobile device management; security functions include malware and ransomware protection, encryption, vulnerability detection, application and device control, and browser security. The service monitors cloud, on-premises, and hybrid servers, and can discover and monitor over 11,000 network device types from more than 450 vendors. AI assistance is described for ticket routing, summaries and replies, monitoring thresholds, event correlation, and anomaly detection. It is delivered as SaaS; the vendor says an on-premises option is unavailable. The full platform has a 30-day trial without a credit card. Pricing varies by module, starting at $1 a month per network device for monitoring and management, with no minimum purchase requirement.
