In their own words
Bricks
Bricks is a web-based AI data analyst that turns imported data into dashboards and reports. It can generate charts, KPIs, insights, and tables, while its spreadsheet tools assist with calculations, lookups, data cleaning, formatting, visualization, and analysis through natural-language requests. Users can modify dashboards with AI prompts or manual controls, then share them by link, present them in Bricks, or export them. Uploads can include CSV, XLSX, PDF, and PNG files; Bricks can also import data from Google Sheets or databases. The product is aimed at small to medium-sized everyday datasets, including spreadsheet, CRM, sales, marketing, financial, survey, and operational data. The free plan includes 20 AI messages per month and supports up to 3 people. Premium costs $25 per user per month, or $17.50 per user per month with annual billing; it supports up to 200 people. Pro costs $100 per user per month, or $70 per user per month with annual billing, and includes unlimited AI messages and up to 10 team members. When the monthly AI message limit is reached, AI features pause until reset or upgrade, while manual editing remains available.
PromptLoop
PromptLoop helps sales and go-to-market teams research and qualify prospects by extracting company data, buying signals, and custom insights from websites. Its no-code AI tasks accept website lists or search terms and return structured data, strict formats, and confidence scores. Website tasks crawl supplied URLs; search tasks find a name or keyword and then crawl relevant pages. Managed tasks can create or transform AI columns and return verified or probable work emails and phone numbers with related metadata. PromptLoop documents HubSpot and Salesforce integrations for importing company lists and syncing selected results to CRM records. Its functions and tasks work with Excel and Google Sheets, and a REST API connects existing systems. Credit use varies: normal outputs cost one credit per row or website, list outputs cost one credit per returned row, and returned emails and phones cost 5 and 50 credits respectively. Tasks with more than six output items may run slower or lose accuracy; chained workflows support up to five steps. The Free plan has 500 credits, one seat, and 25 rows or inputs at a time.
