BridgeU vs O*NET OnLine

BridgeU is a careers and university guidance platform for international schools, supporting students from career exploration to university applications. Students can search universities worldwide and receive university and course recommendations based on their grades and preferences. Career tools draw on labour market data and include assessments and personality tests to help students examine their strengths and skills. Counsellors can manage deadlines, application stages, milestones and required documents, and send and track transcripts, references and other application materials. Common App and Parchment integrations support document handling; IB schools using ManageBac can sign in through single sign-on. Dashboards and four pre-formatted reports cover university preferences and application outcomes. BridgeU supports the International Baccalaureate, UK curricula including A Levels, AS Levels, BTECs and Pre-U, the US National Curriculum and Advanced Placement. The web platform has a free plan for schools, with access arranged through BridgeU. It is designed for international schools, particularly those whose students plan to apply to universities abroad.
