In their own words
Bridgit
Bridgit is workforce planning software for construction contractors, including general and specialty contractors. It brings projects, roles, and people into a shared planning view, with profiles that can record job history, skills, certifications, location, and availability. Planners can model workforce needs against the project pipeline to identify staffing gaps and hiring needs, using scenario modeling, headcount forecasting, org chart planning, and a multi-year horizon. Teams can send assignment alerts by SMS or email, post project announcements, and keep notes on profiles. Prebuilt connectors cover construction, CRM, HRIS, and data systems, including Autodesk Build, Procore, Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake. These integrations pull data into Bridgit rather than sending updates back to source systems. An open API connects to project, people, assignment, and forecast data. Bridgit Bench has iOS and Android apps; the platform also lists web and API access. Bridgit says it is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and supports SSO through Microsoft OAuth, Google OAuth, and SAML. Pricing is available on request.
