In their own words
Brili Routines
Brili Routines is an ADHD time management app organized around building and following routines. Users can create their own routines, customize them, or choose templates made by ADHD routine experts. The product page says users can save and schedule unlimited routines with unlimited tasks, either for scheduled use or on demand. Its routine runner presents tasks one at a time, with options to swipe to complete or postpone them. Brili also shows what is scheduled, when to start, and whether the user is on pace to finish on time; progress tracking and rewards mark routine completion. The app is available on Android, iOS, and the web, but calendar sync is not available. Brili describes itself as built for the neurodivergent community and names dreamers, creators, and procrastinators among the audiences it serves. There is no free plan, though a 10-day trial is offered. Listed subscriptions are $7.99 a month for 1 month, $34.99 a year for 6 months, and $49.99 a year for 1 year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled to stop renewal.
Metrum
Metrum combines study cycles, syllabus tracking, focus sessions, and analytics for students across its web app and iPhone app. Study cycles rotate through subjects with individual weights, while the service tracks progress and what comes next. Users can load an exam syllabus and mark topics as theory, revision, or mastered. Sessions can be timed or logged by hand and saved to history; the iPhone timer offers Pomodoro and free-timer modes with rain, café, or forest audio. Analytics compare study hours with a daily goal and show time by subject. Study groups let users share a syllabus with friends and see who is studying. Sessions, cycles, and stats sync between web and iPhone under one account. The free plan includes one study cycle and one owned group of up to five members. Pro costs $4.99 a month or US$39.99 per year and adds unlimited cycles and groups, broader analytics periods, and export. The iPhone beta is free during beta but requires iOS 26 and Apple's TestFlight app.
