Jobg8 is a web-based network connecting job boards, aggregators and affiliate sites for distributing adverts and purchasing candidate traffic. Its programmatic platform syndicates vacancies across recruitment sites, with real-time tracking, analytics and campaign optimization using CPC and CPQA metrics. Buyers can sponsor jobs, set CPC rates and budgets, and choose click volumes. Applicant campaigns support screening questions, applicant counts and prices, charging for applicants who meet selected criteria. Job board partners can receive niche-specific vacancies styled for their content and earn revenue from clicks or applications.
