JobTarget RecruitSites
JobTarget RecruitSites creates customizable career sites for hosting job postings and receiving applications. Organizations can add company branding and create separate sites for hiring initiatives, locations, or divisions. Uploaded logos must be 200 KB or smaller and in SVG, PNG, or JPG format. The sites are optimized for desktop and mobile and include Easy Apply. Users can search for jobs and add or remove postings individually or in groups. AutoPosters can add new jobs from selected divisions to a designated site automatically. RecruitSites integrates with the JobTarget Platform, which includes Job Manager and Candidate Manager; in a non-integrated setup, users can create jobs in Job Manager. JobTarget lists daily database backups, encryption at rest, SSL/TLS enforcement, and account MFA among its security controls. The Trust Center lists an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate among private documents that require an access request. Support is available by support ticket.
