In their own words
BrokerageSpace
BrokerageSpace combines CRM, website building, and transaction management for real estate teams in a web platform. Its CRM tracks contacts, deals, commission splits, and communications across offices, with lead pipelines, automated follow-ups, action plans, and trigger-based workflows for nurturing leads and reminding teams about tasks. Website tools let brokerages, offices, teams, and agents build sites with a drag-and-drop editor, IDX/MLS listings, SEO tools, and CRM integration. Transaction Management covers document handling, signing workflows, deal tracking, checklists, and coordination among transaction parties. CRM integrations listed include Google Workspace, Twilio, MLS/IDX feeds, and REST API and webhooks. The maker describes role-based permissions, encryption in transit, isolated tenant data, and audit trails; its About page says it is SOC 2 compliance ready. Plans are Visionary Agent at $14.99 a month for one account, Team Synergy at $89.99 a month for 15, and Enterprise Evolution at $999.99 a month for 350. Their listed trial periods are 7, 15, and 30 days respectively; the homepage separately advertises a 14-day trial with no credit card required.
RealtySuite
RealtySuite brings a real estate website, property listings, search, market tools, leads and follow-up together in a web platform. Its free Starter plan includes a hosted website, RealtySuite subdomain, website builder and manual properties, without requiring a live MLS connection. Pro adds a custom domain, Map Search, applets and widgets, and basic Market Intelligence. Map Search combines listing cards, map movement, clusters, price pins and searches by map area; the mobile experience includes map-first browsing, touch-friendly controls, list and map views, and lead capture. Market Intelligence can show inventory and comparable counts, value position, price per square foot, and reports by location or property type, subject to available data fields. Live property data requires an eligible, authorized source. Supported connections include Canadian CREA DDF, local MLS or board feeds, RESO, VOW where available, and custom feeds, but coverage and functionality vary by market and provider. RealtySuite says it does not grant MLS or REALTOR.ca DDF data rights, and third-party authorization or fees may apply. Premium adds lead management, email automation, SMS integration and market reports; Office & Team adds multiple agents, shared lead management, roles and permissions, and custom integrations and deployment.
