MapleConnect is an AI-native mortgage CRM for borrower and referral-partner pipelines, follow-up, scheduling, and contact records. It can send an immediate text and email response to website forms, rate-quote requests, ad leads, and missed calls. Its AI voice agent can answer around the clock, collect caller details, book consults, and log calls; questions about rates and programs go to a licensed loan officer. Automated SMS and email sequences follow borrower stages such as new inquiries, early shopping, and in-process milestones. Real estate agents, builders, and financial planners can have their own pipeline, shared-file status updates, and ongoing contact cadences. MapleConnect covers lead capture, response, nurture, scheduling, and touch records, while credit decisions, disclosures, rate locks, and underwriting stay with the customer and its loan origination system.
