SkySlope
SkySlope is AI-enhanced brokerage software for managing real estate transactions from contract to close. Its tools include a broker dashboard, Quick Audit file review and customizable transaction checklists for brokers, agents, auditors and transaction coordinators. SkySlope Forms can fill forms with MLS listing details, while DigiSign is built into the platform to collect legally binding signatures and is described as ESIGN-compliant. SkySlope Books adds real estate back-office accounting and commission disbursement to SkySlope Suite. The company says integrations connect transaction details across applications, including CRM and accounting tools; Books specifically integrates with QuickBooks Online, not the desktop version. SkySlope says it holds SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 reports for security, availability and confidentiality, and describes encryption in transit and at rest. It advertises 24/7 support with published response targets for email, chat and phone. Forms is available on iOS and Android; the expanded transaction-management app is for iOS. Suite starts at $340 a month, with Forms included and DigiSign and Books as add-ons.
