In their own words
BrowserStack Test Reporting & Analytics
BrowserStack Test Reporting & Analytics monitors automated test results and suite health, rather than application observability. It brings together results from tests run on BrowserStack, locally, or elsewhere, and supports unit, API, integration, functional, and other test types. Its failure-analysis agent examines logs, stack traces, screenshots, and related data to categorize failures and recommend fixes. Custom dashboards track stability, flakiness, failure rates, and other automation measures, with configurable alerts. Quality gates can verify builds and publish status to CI/CD or source-control tools. Framework support includes WebdriverIO, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, MochaJS, Jest, and others; listed integrations include Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Slack, Jira, and GitLab. The REST API exposes project, build, and test information and accepts test data programmatically, subject to request limits. The Free Plan costs nothing and includes up to 60 days of test-run history and assertion failure logs; video logs remain for 30 days and debug logs for 60 days. It is available on web and via API, with a free trial.
BuildPulse
BuildPulse is a CI and test-health platform for tracking flaky tests, coverage, build activity, and engineering metrics. It detects flaky tests across branches and pull requests, ranks them by engineering time affected, and lets teams quarantine them. Detection can use JUnit XML from an existing test runner with one workflow step, without annotations or an SDK. Coverage tracking accepts LCOV and Cobertura XML and shows trends by branch and file. Repository views include pass rate, test volume, build duration, flaky-test disruption, and recent builds across 7-, 30-, and 90-day periods. BuildPulse also offers CI runners described as replacements for hosted runners from GitHub Actions, Semaphore, and CircleCI, along with AI code review. Connections include GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Slack. BuildPulse says it processes test results, coverage reports, and CI metadata rather than keeping full source-code copies. Pricing starts at $99 a month for Startup; there is no free plan, though a 14-day trial is listed.
