Its cloud-based tee sheet works from any device and includes more than 50 management reports and over 400 system configurations. Members can book casual and competition times through a responsive website or companion iPhone and Android app. A selected time is held for three minutes, and members can join waiting lists for busy competitions. Point-of-sale tools support member and visitor pricing, member wallet payments, and food-and-beverage orders sent from an iPad app to the bar or kitchen. BRS Payments handles online bills and green fees, phone card payments through a virtual terminal, emailed payment links and refunds, with seven-day bank payouts. Booking models include bays and other resources, court timetables, golf tee sheets and capacity-based sessions. Customers can view live availability, select a bay or court, add extras and pay by card, including through guest checkout. Staff manage walk-ins, phone bookings, check-ins, no-shows, cancellations and refunds from a shared schedule. Venues can set prices by player type, duration and peak or off-peak period, and offer automatically billed memberships with discounts, guest passes or earlier booking windows. Reports show bookings, revenue and utilisation by day, activity and resource. Multi-location businesses use one staff console with role-based access.
