In their own words
Bryt
Bryt is a cloud-based loan management and servicing platform for lenders. It handles loan setup, payment tracking, borrower records, communication, and reporting through web access and an API. Users can configure loan terms, rates, fees, interest calculations, and schedules without development. Servicing tools track payments and delinquencies, apply fees, and update loan statuses. The Loan Payment Wizard handles scheduled or unscheduled payments, payoffs, waterfall allocations, interest accrual, and late fee calculations. Its CRM stores borrower profiles, payment histories, communication logs, documents, and servicing notes. Lenders can offer a white-labeled borrower portal with loan summaries, payment details, login access, and communication options. Reports cover loan performance, payments, delinquencies, and portfolio trends, and can be exported. Optional modules include ACH, NACHA, credit reporting integration, an API module, borrower and investor portals, and an accounting register. Bryt lists private, commercial, construction, consumer, mortgage, nonprofit, microfinance, CDFI, and other lenders among its intended users. Pricing is available on request; there is no free plan, but a 30-day trial is offered.
