In their own words
Lawcadia
Lawcadia is a web-based legal operations platform for in-house legal teams managing matters, external counsel, spend, approvals, documents, regulatory obligations and reporting. Intake and triage workflows route requests, while matter management shows progress and team capacity. Configurable no-code automation and approval workflows can run across the matter lifecycle. Teams can issue matter RFPs, compare law-firm proposals, manage fee arrangements and track outside-counsel budgets and spend. Invoice review handles PDF eBilling or line-by-line analysis, including rate-card compliance and billing rules. Natural-language search covers matters, emails, documents and workflows; dashboards and automated reports cover matters, spend, workloads and risk. Integrations include SharePoint, Word, Outlook, iManage, OpenText Content Manager, identity providers, SAP and Oracle, with custom integrations through its automation engine and plug-in architecture. Lawcadia states ISO 27001:2022 certification, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2/1.3 in transit, AWS hosting and shared or private cloud options. Pricing is on request; LawcadiaAI is coming soon.
