Mitti Training helps frontline teams create, assign, and track bite-sized courses as part of daily work. Teams can turn PDF, PowerPoint, or Word files into courses using AI, begin from an AI prompt, or adapt material from a library of more than 1,000 courses. Lessons can include quizzes, pass/fail assignments, discussions, spaced repetition, leaderboards, achievements, and shareable certificates. The platform tracks progress and completions for digital and in-person courses, and stores searchable credentials with expiry tracking. Workers can download lessons, complete them offline, and sync progress after reconnecting. Course narration and translation are available, including one-click translation into more than 100 languages. Analytics can connect to Power BI and Tableau; other listed integrations include Employment Hero, Tanda, Workforce, eGifter Rewards, and Deputy. Integrations require Premium or Enterprise. Mitti says it is ISO 27001:2022 certified, undergoes a SOC 2 Type II audit, and encrypts customer data in transit and at rest. Training is available on Android, iOS, and web.
