Overview

Bubo.AI analyzes transaction data to inform pricing and customer retention decisions. Bubo.Price recommends price adjustments based on product and customer behavior, while Bubo.Retain highlights customers whose purchasing suggests they may be disengaging. That combination gives commercial teams two reasons to examine the same transaction history: where prices may need attention and which customer relationships may need intervention.

Recommendations appear in a dashboard or can be exported as raw data for use in a company’s own systems. Bubo says it works alongside existing ERP software and returns outputs in formats that can integrate with it, without requiring ERP changes. That lowers the prospect of disrupting established systems, although supported automations vary by ERP and should be matched to the workflows a business needs.

Key features

Price recommendations and retention alerts

Bubo.Price recommends adjustments from product and customer behavior, making it relevant to businesses whose transactions reveal different pricing opportunities across a broad catalogue. Bubo.Retain is intended to flag reduced purchasing and other signs of disengagement, potentially as much as 12 weeks before a customer leaves. That lead time could help a team act while a relationship is still recoverable, but the signals are useful only if staff can follow up and make changes.

ERP-compatible delivery and customer data

Dashboard access gives teams a place to review recommendations; raw exports let them use the outputs in their existing systems. Bubo says each customer’s model is trained only on that customer’s data, which it does not mix or share between clients. For heavy-duty truck parts businesses, it names Karmak and Procede’s Excede DMS as systems it works with. Personalized support, guided implementation and training may help with adoption, particularly where ERP workflows need careful alignment.

Pricing

Plan	Price	What it includes
Profit Check	Free	Free, no-obligation analysis of transaction data, typically using 12 months of history
Pilot and production	Custom pricing	Pilot analysis using three years of data, focused on selected branches, product groups or customer segments; production rollout can follow

The Profit Check is a useful low-commitment way to identify pricing and retention opportunities, but its typical 12-month history makes it an initial assessment rather than the broader Pilot analysis. The Pilot expands the data window to three years and narrows the work to chosen parts of the business, which suits companies that want to assess a targeted use case before rollout. Broader deployment is custom pricing, so buyers should discuss the scope and cost for their business with Bubo.

Platforms

Bubo.AI runs on the web. Its dashboard and export options also give businesses a way to put recommendations into existing systems; ERP automation support depends on the system in use.

Who it's for

Bubo.AI is most compelling for wholesalers and distributors managing many products and customer relationships. These businesses have the breadth of transactions and account activity that can make pricing differences and early purchasing declines actionable. Companies with fewer products, limited transaction histories or no capacity to respond to customer risk signals are less likely to get full value from the combined analysis.

Pros and cons

Two commercially relevant uses of transaction data: pricing recommendations and retention signals serve teams seeking margin opportunities as well as earlier customer intervention.
Can fit around existing ERP systems: dashboard and raw-data delivery avoid requiring an ERP change, though supported automations vary by ERP.
Free initial analysis: the Profit Check offers an initial assessment without obligation, typically from 12 months of transaction history.
Custom pricing beyond the free analysis: buyers need to discuss Pilot and production costs with Bubo, making budget comparison harder before scoping.
Best suited to complex wholesale operations: businesses without many products and customer relationships may have less reason to use its specialized signals.

The free Profit Check makes an initial assessment easy to pursue. Look elsewhere if you need public pricing before engaging a provider, or if your business does not have the transaction volume and follow-up capacity to act on the recommendations.
