In their own words
BuildFloorPlan
BuildFloorPlan is a web service that turns text prompts, sketches, and images into floor plan drafts. Users can enter measurements and choose Technical 2D, 2.5D, or 3D-style output, then compare, edit, refine, restyle, and download results. It supports ideas for houses, apartments, small homes, family houses, and renovations, as well as early layouts for offices, restaurants, retail stores, clinics, studios, and warehouses. Generation, editing, and style changes use credits. The Free plan costs nothing and includes two generations, sketch or image upload, exports, and a seven-day history window; no card is required. Pro costs $19.90 a month and includes 250 monthly credits, all three output styles, unlimited history while subscribed, and email support. Plus costs $39.90 a month and includes 800 monthly credits, shareable links, branded exports, and priority support. Free and Pro are for personal or internal use; Plus and Lite Annual allow commercial use. Generated plans are drafts, not construction documentation or a substitute for licensed review.
