REI Hub
REI Hub makes accounting software for rental property owners, real estate investors, and the financial professionals who work with them. It uses double-entry accounting and automatically reports figures by property or unit on every plan. Reports include Profit and Loss, Statement of Cash Flows, Balance Sheet, and IRS Schedule E for each property. Bank and credit-card accounts connect through Plaid and Yodlee using read-only transaction feeds. TurboTenant and RentRedi integrations import property and payment information; Airbnb and VRBO payout statements support accounting for short-term and vacation rentals. Listed Professional plans include automatic transaction imports and booking rules, revenue and expense tracking, and loan and fixed-asset tracking. Professional plan prices range from $9 a year for up to three units to $48 a year for unlimited units. REI Hub is designed for US real estate investors, displays US dollars only, and cannot calculate currency exchanges. Its Android and iOS apps are companions to the web version and lack some web functionality. It is not property-management software and does not provide rent collection, listings, tenant management or screening, or maintenance coordination.
