RXO Connect is a digital freight platform for carriers and carrier representatives to find loads, make offers, manage active loads, and view payments. Its load board covers full truckload, LTL, refrigerated, expedited, power-only, and last-mile freight, with thousands of daily loads available to choose from. Carriers can find dedicated lanes, bid, negotiate rates, and make counter-bids. Load tools include Hot Deals filters, GPS tracking updates, and driver dispatch with fleet oversight. When available, users can book two loads at once or post a truck to receive load notifications. RXO Drive provides Connect functionality on smartphones through iOS and Android apps. RXO's proprietary API can bring available loads into a carrier's preferred platform and allow loads to be bought directly. Users can submit payment paperwork through Connect, and RXO Extra adds a marketplace with fuel-card programs, factoring services, vendor discounts, and brokered freight. The platform is free for carriers and carrier representatives, for commercial or business use by people aged 18 or older in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Multi-factor authentication is required; some functions need an active internet connection.
