In their own words
Bundus
Bundus is an operational app for rental, service, and event businesses, combining bookings, inventory, invoicing, and a professional website. Its inventory tools track owned, committed, and available items across date ranges and flag booking conflicts. Users can send priced proposals for online acceptance and turn accepted quotes into bookings. Invoices can be created from bookings, exported as PDFs, and used to record payments and outstanding balances. The app generates agreements from bookings, collects electronic signatures, and keeps signed copies attached to jobs with an audit trail. Customers can pay invoices by card, bank transfer, or USSD, with funds settling to the business bank. Listed functions also include delivery scheduling, online booking, and return tracking. The pricing comparison lists ICS calendar sync and Google Search Console connectivity for storefront search data and sitemap submission. Bundus runs on the web, Android, and iOS. Its monthly Starter plan lists 200 inventory items, one user, and 1 GB of media storage; Professional lists unlimited inventory, up to five users, and 5 GB; Business lists unlimited inventory and users, and 25 GB. The maker says Bundus tracks invoice income and payments but is not accounting software.
Flex
Flex brings rental inventory, sales, production operations, warehouse workflows, crew scheduling, billing, and payments into one platform. A signed quote reserves equipment for its date range and can lead to a warehouse pick list, barcode or RFID scans, and a truck manifest. Flex can generate invoices automatically and accept credit card or ACH payments. It includes quote building, rental contracts, delivery scheduling, and return tracking, but not online booking. The integration list includes QuickBooks, PayEngine, DocuSign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pro Subrental Marketplace, CrewDriver, Google Calendar, Zapier, and a REST API; its HubSpot CRM integration is in open beta. Flex runs in supported browsers on Windows, Mac, and Linux, with Google Chrome recommended, and the Flex5 app is available for Apple and Android devices. The Flex plan costs $510 a month and includes unlimited users. There is no free plan, but a 30-day trial is available. Flex says it is suited to businesses with 500 or more assets, multiple jobs, or multi-user and multi-location operations.
