Precoro

Precoro is a procurement platform that brings purchasing workflows together and connects them with finance systems. It handles purchase requests, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and automated approvals, with two-way and three-way matching. Teams can manage suppliers, use a supplier portal, and guide request intake. Listed integrations include QuickBooks Online, Xero, Slack, NetSuite, Power BI, and BILL; an API and SFTP connector can connect internal systems and other tools. The iOS and Android app supports requests, approvals, order tracking, and purchase order dispatch, though it does not yet include every function in the web version. Precoro states that it supports multi-factor authentication and SSO and complies with SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. Each plan includes standard onboarding; implementation is typically described as taking 2–8 weeks. Core and AP Module each cost $499 a month billed annually; Automation costs $999 a month billed annually. There is no free plan.
