In their own words
buywith
buywith is a live shopping platform and creator marketplace for hosting shopping events on a store website. Brands can run live events on their stores, while its One-to-One service gives customers personalized assistance through video calls. During a session, hosts and customers can navigate the website together, and shoppers can join immediately or schedule a session for later. Customers can complete a purchase without leaving the session. An expert marketplace helps businesses find and vet session hosts. The Shopify app lists interactive features including live chat, polls, gamification, shoppable elements, and dynamic coupon codes. Its dashboard provides shoppers’ email addresses and phone numbers alongside real-time sales data. Buywith says its AI can create short product clips from live shopping recordings, with captions and highlights, for use on product pages and marketing channels. The web platform is available on mobile, desktop, and tablet, and the app works with Facebook, iMessage, and WhatsApp. A free-to-install plan is listed at free; additional charges may apply. Pricing is also available on request.
