In their own words

BuzZync RCS Messaging

BuzZync RCS Messaging is a business messaging service for sending branded, interactive content to mobile consumers through Google Messages. Messages can contain text up to 250 KB, images, short videos and audio clips. Interactive formats include swipeable carousels, clickable buttons and suggested quick replies. Two-way conversations can include location sharing plus read and typing indicators. A verified sender may display a business name or logo, business profile and customized message colors. Messages arrive in the phone’s native inbox over mobile data or Wi-Fi without requiring another messaging app. Businesses can connect through a programmable messaging API, web self-service portal or bulk protocol. Listed uses include product catalogs, customer feedback and reviews, shipment tracking and order support. Google enables RCS by default on Android handsets; Apple support is described as expected in the future. BuzZync says products are billed per use, with total cost varying by monthly messaging volume, and directs customers to sales for pricing and volume discounts. Support includes integration help, technical assistance, monitoring and maintenance.
