Users can upload a blueprint and create a free shareable link without logging in, but an AI takeoff requires a free account. The Free plan includes 5,000 coins on signup, described as enough for a first takeoff, plus estimate saving and re-pricing and AI estimating chat. Paid plans start at $99 a month. The pricing page estimates an estimate uses roughly $25–$75 of credit depending on plan size; editing or re-pricing a saved estimate adds no credit cost. Plans are month-to-month and can be changed or canceled at any time. Failed estimates do not consume credit, and the upload flow says blueprints are not shared.
