In their own words

Cacoo

Cacoo is a diagramming and visual collaboration tool for teams creating flowcharts, wireframes, mind maps, workflows and technical diagrams. Its editor offers templates, shapes, sticky notes, an infinite canvas, tables and dynamic charts, with real-time collaboration and in-app video chat. It supports network, organizational, BPMN, component, deployment and AWS architecture diagrams. Users can share diagrams by public URL or shared folder, present them, embed them in websites and wikis, and protect them with passwords. Cacoo imports Microsoft Visio files and CSV. The Free plan supports PNG exports; paid plans add SVG, PDF, PS and PPT. Free includes unlimited users and six sheets, but limits exports and activity history. Pro and Team each cost $6 per user per month, billed monthly, and include a 14-day trial without a credit card. Enterprise offers security controls such as SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning and audit logs; private-server hosting is also available.

Ilograph

Ilograph creates interactive visual documentation for systems and the ways their components interact. Users can zoom between detailed and broad views, switch perspectives, and use sequence perspectives to show data, business and security flows. Its model-based diagrams-as-code approach adds structure and supports consistency and reuse. Diagrams can be navigated by keyboard and are designed for screen readers; environments include AWS, Azure, GCP and networking icons. Ilograph Desktop runs on Mac, Windows and Linux, and works with local files without internet access for offline or high-security environments. The Export API runs in an on-premises Docker container without external internet access and produces standalone HTML files. Its Confluence Cloud app stores diagrams in the Confluence instance and does not require an Ilograph account. The free plan includes unlimited public and private diagrams, unlimited diagram size and 14 days of history. Listed paid options include Pro at $18.00 per month billed yearly, Team at $30.00 per month billed monthly, and Desktop at $14.99 per month billed monthly.
