Caddyio vs GolfTap

Caddyio is a golf club platform for tee-time booking, member administration, competitions, scoring, coaching and course operations. Its tee sheet, online booking and green-fee recording are free indefinitely, with unlimited members and bookings and no booking commission. Members can enter scores hole by hole; the platform calculates net scores and Stableford points using World Handicap System rules. Course tools include a GPS clubhouse wallboard, pace-of-play tracking, service requests and member reports about course conditions. Clubs can offer a branded member area on a custom domain. Stripe Connect can take membership dues and member-purse top-ups when enabled, while green fees are recorded for settlement at the counter. Caddyio calculates an indicative Handicap Index but does not sync with union handicap systems, so the union-connected provider remains the official record. It supports Android, iOS, web and API access. The Free plan costs £0 per month forever; Starter costs £99 per month and includes up to 300 members, one course and four tournaments per year. Club and Pro pricing is on enquiry.
