In their own words
SchedulingKit
SchedulingKit provides online booking, calendar synchronization, automated reminders, payment processing and team scheduling for individuals, teams and businesses. Users can collect payments or deposits, issue invoices and send automated follow-ups. Calendar connections include Google, Outlook, iCloud, Apple and Exchange, with two-way synchronization; the platform can generate meeting links for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex. Team tools include round-robin assignment, collective availability and multi-staff scheduling. SchedulingKit also offers CRM connections, AI scheduling tools, an AI receptionist, voice agent, chatbot and AI agents. A REST API, real-time webhooks and an embeddable JavaScript booking widget support custom integrations. The service runs on Android, iOS and web, and offers API access. Its free plan includes one member, one event type, 50 bookings monthly, one calendar connection and one workspace. Paid plans start at $10/user/mo billed annually, and a 14-day trial moves to Free unless the user subscribes. SchedulingKit says it is not HIPAA-compliant and does not provide a Business Associate Agreement.
