In their own words

CalcuFloor

CalcuFloor is a web-based flooring layout planner that calculates tile and plank quantities from a generated room layout, including perimeter cuts. Define an outline with corners, recesses, cutouts, bumps, and areas to exclude, then choose from plank patterns such as free or fixed stagger, herringbone, and double herringbone. Tile patterns depend on tile shape. Results can include piece and box counts, surplus, material cost, and quantities for items such as underlay, adhesive, or joint fill. Layout Reports combine a diagram, quantities, and project details, with technical and shorter client views. The browser planner is available without an account or download, though anonymous work is not stored permanently. The Lite plan is free and permits one project, one area, and one saved space. Plus is listed from €13/mo (annual); its monthly plan is €16 per month, while the yearly plan is €156 per year, billed upfront for twelve months. CalcuFloor supports flooring estimates and material orders, but not takeoff measurements, scheduling, job costing, or invoicing and payments.

ProjectsForce 360°

ProjectsForce 360° is contractor management software for field service businesses, with tools for leads, scheduling, field work, inventory, and payments. Leads from web forms, calls, referrals, walk-ins, and retail program feeds enter a visual sales pipeline. AI scheduling uses weather, job requirements, and crew availability to recommend project dates. Its iOS and Android app lets crews review job details, update job status, upload photos, and collect digital signatures; the platform is also available on the web. Inventory tools track materials from warehouse to job site and assign them to installations. Completed work can generate invoices, with online card or ACH payments through an invoice link. The platform includes a calendar schedule view, client portal, and accounting sync. Starter costs $495 a month for up to 15 users. Growth adds $29 a month per user for users 16–25, on top of the base. Scale has custom pricing for volumes above 25 users. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Mobile field users beyond the listed allowance may be charged $9 each.
