In their own words
CallAtlas
CallAtlas is a paid call tracking, routing, and attribution platform for performance advertisers, agencies, and pay-per-call networks. It assigns unique phone numbers to campaigns, sources, or visitor sessions, then connects inbound calls to the click, advertisement, or page that generated them. Dynamic number insertion, keyword-level tracking, and landing-page tracking support this attribution work. Calls can be routed using time, geography, concurrency, buyer priority, or custom rules. Reporting filters include source, geography, hour, target, disposition, and revenue, with saved views and scheduled CSV or email reports. The service lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zapier, Google Ads, and Meta connections, plus REST API and webhook options. Included service covers recording with 90-day storage, English, Spanish, and French AI transcripts, alerts, real-time webhooks, and a 99.95% uptime SLA. Web and Android access are available, and a sandbox trial can be requested.
