In their own words

CallMerlin

CallMerlin describes itself as an AI Chief of Staff that connects to business systems and can be used through phone, chat, widget, desktop, mobile, Slack and Teams. Its workflows can span multiple systems, respond to triggers and include an analysis step with auto-inject. Reads can happen immediately, while writes, emails and payment files wait for approval unless direct execution is enabled. The integrations page lists 96 native deep integrations and says 900+ are available through managed connectors, with examples including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Moneybird, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Stripe, Shopify and Zoom. CallMerlin says each teammate has an individual PIN and permissions are enforced server-side. Credentials use AES-256-GCM encryption, data in transit is protected by TLS, and access uses PIN plus 2FA. Call transcripts and AI summaries are kept for at most 90 days by default; audio is not retained. Starter costs €55/mo (annual), and a 7-day trial is offered; there is no free plan. Android is in closed alpha and the iOS App Store listing is coming soon.

ReplySequence

ReplySequence turns meeting transcripts into sales follow-up email drafts and multi-step sequences. It uses conversation topics, action items, next steps, and a user’s writing style, while every follow-up requires review and approval before sending from the user’s inbox. Sequences can pause after a reply, bounce, or booked meeting. The product extracts next steps and deal signals, including MEDDIC-related risks and pipeline risk flags. Native transcript connections include Fireflies, Granola, and Fathom; other sources can arrive through Zapier, webhooks, pasted text, or API routes. HubSpot and Salesforce can receive CRM updates, and Google Sheets is an export destination. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 10 AI follow-ups per month, unlimited transcripts, due-dated next-step extraction, basic templates, and email support. The pricing page says new Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are paused; Team pricing requires contacting the maker. A 14-day trial is mentioned for paid plans, although current pricing says paid subscriptions are paused. Security details include AES-256-GCM at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and OAuth 2.0 integrations.
