Callwrap
Callwrap captures sales calls live and generates follow-up emails, tasks, insights, and CRM-ready notes when a call ends. Users start recording and select the call tab; the service provides live transcripts with speakers separated. Its home page says it works with any CRM, dialer, or video call. The free Starter plan costs nothing and includes 20 calls per month, transcripts and AI summaries, follow-up emails and auto tasks, plus a personal dictionary and templates. Pro costs $19 a month, billed at $19 per user per month, and includes unlimited calls, follow-up emails, tasks, and history, along with priority support. Enterprise pricing is custom; listed features include SSO/SAML, admin controls and roles, CRM integrations, audit logs, data residency, and dedicated support with an SLA. With Privacy Mode enabled, customer content is not used to train AI models. Users are responsible for complying with applicable recording and transcription laws and obtaining any required participant consent or notice. The terms require users to be at least 16 years old. Callwrap supports Linux, macOS, web, and Windows.
ReplySequence
ReplySequence turns meeting transcripts into sales follow-up email drafts and multi-step sequences. It uses conversation topics, action items, next steps, and a user’s writing style, while every follow-up requires review and approval before sending from the user’s inbox. Sequences can pause after a reply, bounce, or booked meeting. The product extracts next steps and deal signals, including MEDDIC-related risks and pipeline risk flags. Native transcript connections include Fireflies, Granola, and Fathom; other sources can arrive through Zapier, webhooks, pasted text, or API routes. HubSpot and Salesforce can receive CRM updates, and Google Sheets is an export destination. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 10 AI follow-ups per month, unlimited transcripts, due-dated next-step extraction, basic templates, and email support. The pricing page says new Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are paused; Team pricing requires contacting the maker. A 14-day trial is mentioned for paid plans, although current pricing says paid subscriptions are paused. Security details include AES-256-GCM at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and OAuth 2.0 integrations.
