Cambium cnMaestro manages Cambium wireless and wired network equipment, including enterprise Wi-Fi, switching, fixed wireless broadband, and industrial IoT products. It provides network control, device visibility, and zero-touch provisioning through cloud-based or on-premises deployment. Management tools include network hierarchy, ping and traceroute troubleshooting, ePSK generation, guest portal management, email alerts, and rogue access point detection. The free cnMaestro Essentials plan requires no subscription and supports up to 10,000 devices and 10 management users. cnMaestro X has a 90-day free trial and 1-, 3-, or 5-year subscriptions priced by device tier and required device counts, with purchase through an authorized reseller or distributor. X includes Cambium Care Pro support, software updates, hardware diagnosis assistance, and accelerated access to Level 2 and Level 3 engineers. APIs use HTTPS, JSON, and OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials Grant; REST APIs and webhooks can send alarms to external servers.

Its network tools include hierarchy views, multi-tenant design, two-factor authentication, dashboards, live device metrics, and scheduled firmware upgrades. APIs cover configuration, display, statistics, monitoring, and troubleshooting; the maker says they can help MSPs and Eco-Partners connect the service with existing applications and internal systems. Security features listed by the maker include packet inspection, encrypted connections, detection of rogue access points and wireless threats, and dashboard-managed user authentication. Basic cloud network management is available on the free plan. Paid plans are listed from $50/yr, and the pricing note includes a 90-day trial. Each device registered to an organization can receive a complimentary three-month PRO trial; qualified ISPs and MSPs can apply for a separate 60-day trial with a hardware package. PRO licenses are device-specific and sold separately, and cloud RADIUS and other cloud services have user limits. EnGenius Cloud is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States.
