CamLooper
CamLooper turns recorded video into a virtual camera feed for video-call, streaming and other webcam-compatible applications. Clips can play once or loop indefinitely with clean cuts. The app accepts MP4, MOV, MKV and WebM files, and can record within the app; resolution, framerate, looping and quality settings are adjustable. Listed compatible applications include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, OBS Studio, Discord, Slack, Streamlabs, Skype, Webex and Jitsi. CamLooper runs on Windows and Linux. Windows support covers version 10 1809 or later and Windows 11, while Linux listings include Debian 11+, Ubuntu 22.04+, Fedora 38+ and RHEL 9+ on x86_64. Processing occurs locally through FFmpeg, with no account required and no video uploads. The free app is supported by in-app ads; displayed ads may involve third-party metadata and anonymous impression analytics. Native macOS installation is pending notarization.
