FloorCapture uses LiDAR on an iPhone or iPad to capture a property and produce an editable floor plan. Outputs include 2D and 3D plans, AI renders, Live 3D walkthroughs, and 360 views. Projects are stored in the cloud and available across devices; the app also works offline and syncs again when connected. It runs on Windows, Mac, iPad, and Android tablets.
