Impartus Lecture Capture System
Impartus Lecture Capture System records classroom audio and video, stores the recordings in the cloud, and makes them available to students on demand through web and mobile applications. Playback is adaptive, and the product says encryption helps protect recordings from unauthorized access. Multi-view capture and integration with a college timetable support classroom recording, including automated recording. The system supports live streaming and delivery through learning management systems such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, and D2L, as well as other LMSs. Professors can create course content using multiple cameras, audio sources, and screen sharing, then edit and preview it before publishing. They can also upload documents and presentations. Additional tools include search, analytics, bookmarks, polls, and discussion forums. Student data can be compiled into reports or dashboards to help teachers review progress and tailor teaching. The offering is aimed at educational institutions. Pricing is available on request, and the plan page suggests requesting a demo.
