CaptionHub
CaptionHub is an AI-powered collaborative platform for producing multilingual subtitles and voiceover for business use. Its subtitling tools translate and localize subtitles into more than 300 languages, with frame-accurate and timeline editing, custom dictionaries, speaker-based splitting, and hard or soft limits. Teams can collaborate on workflows, export VTT, SRT, STL, TTML, and other formats, burn subtitles into video, or publish to online video platforms. CaptionHub Voiceover creates spoken audio with AI voices in different voices, styles, and languages. Studio automates ingest, processing, translation, and publishing and provides API, SDK, webhook, and web-socket access. Integrations include video, storage, localization, translation, and speech services such as Brightcove, Vimeo, Google Drive, DeepL, OpenAI, Whisper, and Speechmatics. Deployment can be cloud, on-premises, hybrid, or VPC. Security listings include ISO 27001, SOC 2 II, GDPR, encryption, MFA, SSO, role controls, IP whitelisting, and audit trails. Consumer use is prohibited.
SubtitleNEXT
SubtitleNEXT is timed-text software for preparing and delivering subtitles, captions, audio descriptions, dubbing and localization work. It supports offline preparation and export, live or semi-live subtitling and captioning, and online project management. Listed formats include STL/EBU, PAC, SRT, SUB, TTML, XML, TXT and WebVTT. Quality checks can flag overlapping cues, duration or reading-speed problems, line limits and typographic errors. Live output includes SDI and NDI graphics, as well as Teletext/OP47 and closed captions. The localization product line integrates with Avid iNews and Octopus newsroom systems and lists machine-translation connections to Microsoft, Google, DeepL and LibreTranslate. Exports include MOV with alpha and subtitle formats such as SRT, TTML, SCC and MCC for use with video editing software. The product is designed for Windows; its FAQ describes running it on Mac through compatibility software and on Linux through Wine. Pricing is on request, with a free trial available. The demo cannot save in SubtitleNEXT format, limits export or burn-in to 20 subtitles, adds a watermark and blocks copying subtitles to other programs.
