In their own words
Captions
Captions is an AI video platform for creating and editing videos from footage or prompts. AI Edit can apply cuts, captions, music, and formatting to uploaded material. The service offers automatic transcription, more than 100 caption styles, and translation into over 100 languages. Users can dub videos into more than 30 languages with a cloned version of their voice. Prompt to Video creates talking-head videos from scripts using built-in actors or an AI Twin. The platform is aimed at creators, marketers, and developers making materials such as ads, listing videos, and podcast clips. Its Mirage API generates content from scripts, image references, or actor IDs and uses credit-based billing. The free plan costs nothing and includes no AI usage credits, one caption template, and basic editing tools. Max costs $24.99 a month and includes 500 monthly credits; Frontier plans provide higher credit allowances. Unused credits can roll over for up to two extra months, capped at three times the monthly allowance. Captions is available on Android, iOS, and web, with an API offering.
Trulience
Trulience is a platform for creating interactive 3D digital humans, animals and cartoons powered by conversational AI. Avatar Creator lets users start with a photo or ready-made avatar, connect an LLM and embed the result in a website or app. Websites can use an iframe; web and mobile apps can use the SDK. The maker says avatars can respond in over 140 languages, with on-the-fly language detection. Listed integrations include VAPI, ElevenLabs Conversational AI, Agora TEN, Dialogflow, major LLMs and custom REST endpoints. Conversations are described as full duplex with acoustic echo cancellation, allowing participants to interrupt; SSML tags can direct avatar expressions and movements. LearnMachine converts PDF, PowerPoint or Word documents into avatar-hosted interactive lessons that can answer questions and assess learners. The Free plan lists 30 minutes per month, one ready-made avatar and one LearnMachine slideshow. Paid plans start at $199 a month: Starter includes 1,000 minutes, three ready-made avatars and three slideshows. Pro lists phone support, while Enterprise lists dedicated support. The pricing page says customer data will not be used to train other models.
