Oper
Oper is a paid training platform for creating AI-assisted microlearning and delivering it to frontline workers through Android, iOS, and the web. It drafts structured lessons from SOPs, slide decks, documents, and videos, including key points, knowledge checks, and practice scenarios for review. Authors can edit lessons, adjust tone, add media, use a shared glossary, and reuse templates. Lessons can arrive through a native mobile app, QR codes, or SMS links; workers can begin from a QR code or SMS link without an account. Oper says lessons auto-translate into 100+ languages, are offline-friendly, and work on any device. Managers assign training by team or location, set due dates, and send reminders that respect quiet hours. Completion tracking covers teams, sites, and individual progress. Essential lists up to 100 active learners and three custom published modules; Growth and Enterprise list unlimited trainees and modules. Growth includes HRIS and SSO integrations. Enterprise lists SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom roles and permissions, guided onboarding and migration, a dedicated success manager, and an SLA. Security listings include SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR credentials, and a DPA for Enterprise. Oper names retail, hospitality, and healthcare among its solution areas.
