CareTogether CMS vs In-Form

CareTogether CMS is open-source case management software for nonprofits supporting families and children through local human services. It combines case intake forms and workflow automation with customizable volunteer roles and permissions. Clients, volunteers, and staff can use the same platform, and organizations can send bulk texts to volunteers who have opted in, either to everyone or a selected group. The cloud-hosted system runs on Salesforce and is accessed through a browser on any device. Reporting varies by edition: Community includes standard reports and dashboards, while Essential includes over 200 reports and dashboards. Enterprise supports bespoke recording and reporting, tailored user access, and automated processes. The maker lists integrations including Outlook, Conga, SMS Magic, Power BI, Einstein, and FormAssembly for Enterprise; these may involve additional costs. Community requires Homeless Link membership, allows up to 10 users, and deactivates accounts after 90 days of inactivity. Essential costs £165 a year per user, with set-up from £4,399.
