In their own words

cargo.one

cargo.one is a browser-accessed platform for logistics businesses that brings air and ocean freight sales and procurement together. Its quoting workflow handles air, ocean, and multimodal shipments, with text, PDF, and WhatsApp inputs listed. Air tools include rate management and e-booking; the product page lists 76 integrated airlines and 300+ total airlines. Ocean functions include centralized rate management, liner integrations, automatic account syncing, AI contract extraction, and schedules. Embedded AI workflows cover rates, procurement, quoting, booking, and customer support, with co-pilot, supervised, and autonomous modes. Rate management centralizes buy and sell rates, consol, internal products, charge codes, routing rules, and zones. A branded sales and booking portal offers agents and shippers 24/7 self-service and dynamic pricing. The API suite includes market indexes, rates, bookable live rates, tracking, and other workflows, with integrations such as CargoWise, Cargospot, and Descartes. The free Starter plan has basic features and limited Export Agent functionality. Paid plan fees are provided during signup. Registration requires a company email and information identifying the customer as a freight forwarder; proof may be requested.
