CargoProbe Container Tracking
CargoProbe Container Tracking follows container information throughout shipments by combining carrier, port and terminal data and filtering unreliable records. Automated anomaly detection and cross-validation reject suspect information as it enters the system. The service supports ocean tracking, ETA predictions and exception alerts, and directly integrates with major ocean carriers including Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, COSCO, Evergreen, ONE, HMM, ZIM and Yang Ming. Users can register a container number with an internal shipment reference; when multiple shipments share a container, statuses synchronize automatically. CargoProbe offers a TMS plugin, RESTful API, configurable webhooks, event notifications and ERP integration options. Milestones can flow into a TMS, while booking references can return from it. Its Portbase connection supplies Dutch-port customs clearance, terminal status, NVWA inspection and CHED/GDB filing data. A UN/LOCODE API provides current codes, coordinates and metadata for more than 100,000 locations. The platform is available via web and API. Signup information shows web access only for listed plans and directs enterprise or API customers to contact CargoProbe; no plan prices are shown.

Users can search by container, booking or bill of lading number; Portcast says its network covers 220+ carriers and NVOCCs. ETA predictions use machine learning across 70+ data sources and update as voyage conditions change. Freight audit checks ocean invoices against contract terms and shipment milestones, flagging billing discrepancies. Invoice extraction is described as 99%+ accurate and enabling 95%+ touchless processing, including scanned, multilingual and non-standard formats. The service is available through web and API, with data for ocean, air, rail and road, and supports custom integrations. A trial account can track up to 10 containers, with no feature limitations stated; setup follows a scheduled meeting. Pricing is on request. The listed Enterprise Predictive Visibility Platform costs $45,000 a year on a 12-month contract, with additional AWS infrastructure costs potentially applying.
