CargoTMS
CargoTMS is a cloud platform for transport companies that brings orders, fleet, drivers, invoices, and client and carrier portals into one system. Its real-time dashboard shows order status, fleet position, missing documents, and alerts. Fleet tools track vehicles, drivers, document expiries, and maintenance, and support multi-stop load planning. The platform automates client and carrier notifications, sends CMR documents when work is complete, and generates reports. Drivers can use a smartphone portal to access orders, update trip status, upload documents, and record fuel stops. Invoicing integrations include Romanian e-Factura ANAF, Oblio, and SmartBill. All plans include automatic daily backups, 99.9% platform availability with an SLA, and dedicated support. A 60-day trial includes all features and requires no credit card. The pricing note says From €39/mo; the listed annual plans are billed annually at 290 EUR, 590 EUR, and 990 EUR. Billing is manually managed, with payment by bank transfer or card and no automatic charges. Tachograph data integration is described as a roadmap direction, not an available feature.
