Cartoonie
Cartoonie turns uploaded photos of people, pets, and groups into AI-generated cartoon art. Users upload a JPG or PNG image up to 8MB, select from 34+ styles, review a protected preview, and unlock the full-resolution result. The web flow provides one protected preview on desktop or Android, while an iPhone and iPad app supports cartoon creation, saving, and sharing. Cartoonie uses OpenAI to process cartoons. Its privacy policy says the selected photo, style instructions, and technical request information are sent to that provider, but not the user’s name, email, payment information, device identifier, or account credentials. Cartoonie says uploaded originals are deleted from its servers immediately after generation and that it does not retain facial recognition data or biometric information. Normal personal use is limited to up to 20 cartoons per account per calendar day; excessive use can lead to cooldowns, delays, lower-cost processing, or temporary suspension. The service is for personal, non-commercial use, though unlocked cartoons may be used in personal or commercial projects subject to the terms and applicable law. Dreamina
Dreamina is an AI creative platform for generating images, videos, and talking avatars from text prompts, photos, or audio. Its image generator accepts prompts and image references and lets users edit specific areas. For video creation, Dreamina describes Seedance 2.0 as supporting cinematic camera controls, realistic motion, visual consistency, and reference audio. The avatar tool can sync speech with an uploaded character image and offers AI voices. Dreamina says it provides free daily credits for image and video generation. Features are also available through CapCut desktop’s “Create with AI” sidebar, and generated assets can be imported into a CapCut project. Dreamina is available on Android, iOS, and the web; some services require a CapCut account. The Free plan costs nothing, billed Forever.
