Cartoonie turns uploaded photos of people, pets, and groups into AI-generated cartoon art. Users upload a JPG or PNG image up to 8MB, select from 34+ styles, review a protected preview, and unlock the full-resolution result. The web flow provides one protected preview on desktop or Android, while an iPhone and iPad app supports cartoon creation, saving, and sharing. Cartoonie uses OpenAI to process cartoons. Its privacy policy says the selected photo, style instructions, and technical request information are sent to that provider, but not the user’s name, email, payment information, device identifier, or account credentials.
