CaseConnect vs IRIS Client Onboarding

CaseConnect is a web-based matter management and accounts platform for UK law firms. Each matter workspace combines details, parties, documents, tasks, critical dates, time recording and billing information. Firms can generate documents from templates, precedents, merge fields and custom data, then configure practice areas, matter templates, custom fields and workflows without developers or consultancy. Legal accounts cover client and office accounts, billing and financial workflows, with ledgers described as built to the SRA Accounts Rules. A client portal supports matter access; the maker says privileged documents cannot be published there, uploads are reviewed by staff and access can be revoked. The one-way, administrator-approved Xero integration exports issued invoices, credit notes, allocated payments and contacts. UK-specific functions include dates, VAT, GBP billing, SRA rules and Land Registry disbursement tracking. Standard support, training, guided onboarding and ongoing updates are included.
