In their own words
CaseDesk
CaseDesk combines lead capture, routing, follow-up, and pipeline analytics for law firms. It gathers website and landing-page forms, Google and Meta ad leads, inbound calls, and chat into a deduplicated pool, and supports bulk import of historical leads. Firms can assign leads by practice area, jurisdiction, client location, and workload using round-robin, claim, or team-pool modes. Follow-up playbooks provide staged message templates, automatic reminders, and overdue escalation; call recordings and notes can also be captured automatically. Analytics include a conversion funnel, cost-per-lead and ROI by channel, attorney and team dashboards, and one-click exports. Integrations include website forms, Google and Meta ads, live chat, and popular CRMs; Enterprise adds an open API and custom integrations. Security features include granular permissions, audit logs, and data masking, with SSO, data residency, and private deployment in Enterprise. CaseDesk is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Solo costs $29 a month; Team costs $129 a month and up; Enterprise pricing is custom. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial without a credit card.
LeadLex
LeadLex is a web CRM for patent and trade mark firms, and the maker says it also serves commercial law firms. It creates client, prospect, and referrer records from connected email, calendars, Teams, and LinkedIn. Its Prospector searches more than 210 million business contacts across over 480 industries, including in-house counsel, general counsel, and IP managers. LeadLex monitors EPO and national EU registers, matching filings with client records and firm conflict walls. Plain-English rules can turn events such as approaching renewals into drafts for review. The system prepares renewal notes, follow-ups, and meeting briefings, but a partner must approve drafts before client delivery. Pipeline reporting and event contact capture are included. Live connectors listed are Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and WhatsApp; Slack is beta, while LinkedIn Sync and Webhook are coming soon. Customer data is stored and processed in Frankfurt without replication outside the EU. Security details include isolated firm instances, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, conflict walls, append-only audit trails, SSO, and MFA. Pricing is on request.
