Casepoint Legal Hold
Casepoint Legal Hold helps organizations create, manage, and track legal holds and custodian questionnaires to scope matters and reduce spoliation risk. Automated reminders, escalation and internal notifications, dashboards, and customized reports support follow-up and oversight. The product can preserve cloud data in place and collect it through designated connectors and APIs using authentication tokens controlled by the user. Named sources include Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook Exchange, Dropbox, Box, and Slack. Casepoint describes an open API architecture and custom connectors for specific requirements. Security features include zero-trust architecture, encryption at rest and in transit, and role-based access controls; the security page lists SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and DoD impact level authorizations.
