It serves nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations in areas such as aging, behavioral health, homelessness, workforce development, veterans services, and survivor services. The platform includes intake forms, secure client records, configurable workflows, automated notifications, case notes, document management, and client and partner portals. Its apBuilder tools let organizations create and edit fields, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards without external developers or custom code. Reporting includes standard, ad hoc, and funder-ready options, with built-in analytics and dashboards. CaseWorthy describes more than 40 integration capabilities, including Salesforce, DocuSign, QuickBooks, and Google Maps. Cara provides AI-assisted summaries and insights; the company says people retain decision-making responsibility and customer data is not shared with external AI providers. The ServTracker Mobile Home Care App is available for iOS and Android, with a subscription required to activate an account. Pricing is on request.
